Self-support subscription:
- Does not include Red Hat customer support.
- Does not include Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host.
- Can only be deployed on physical systems.
- Cannot be stacked with other subscriptions.
- Is not intended for production environments.
Standard subscription:
- For all support cases, standard business hours of coverage are either 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (0900-1800) local time for North America or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (0900-1700) for outside North America. Standard business hours do not include weekends or local public holidays.
- Web and phone support channels.
- Unlimited support cases.
- Includes Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host.
Premium subscription:
- 24×7 for severity 1 and 2 cases.
- Standard business hours of coverage for severity 3 and 4 cases are either 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (0900-1800) local time for North America or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (0900-1700) for outside North America. Standard business hours do not include weekends or local public holidays.
- Web and phone support channels.
- Unlimited support cases.
- Includes Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host.
A Red Hat subscription includes support services. When you purchase a subscription, you choose a level of support services to cover specific use cases and environments. Available support levels include premium, standard, and self-support (available only in certain regions and on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Entry Level). Subscriptions also include support for development.

Bước 1: Chọn 1 sản phẩm và quyết định số lượng (lưu ý là sản phẩm sẽ là thuê bao theo năm)
Bước 2: Chọn gói hỗ trợ Standard hoặc Premium
Bước 3: Chọn Add-On (tùy sản phẩm)
Bước 4: Ký hợp đồng & Đặt hàng qua PACISOFT – sales@pacisoft.com
Bước 5: Nhận hàng: trong vòng 3-7 ngày
